If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. Just plain nasty and rude. Stay away. You can find other boutiques where they appreciate your business. I give them -5 stars

Wish I could give them negative - stars! Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, got measured for the dress and when I went to pick it up, it was 2-3 sizes too big and 6 inches too long!!! Then they said they could fix it for 150 dollars more!!!! The nerve!!! Plus it would take another 4 weeks!!!! WHAT???? Had to take it to another seamstress and even she thinks they gave me someone else's dress!! NEVER NEVER NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF!!! 500.00 for a dress that doesn't fit me!!! Not even the courtesy to say even though they would charge me for their mistake ( which I would have had to pay,,, but they wouldn't even give it a priority for their mistake!!! Stay away! Stay very far away!!!

This place is a disaster, poorly run, should not be in business. I ordered a custom outfit for my daughters May wedding in December, approved the fabric in January. I started calling regarding a fitting in March. Sunny is a master bs artist. He gave me at least six dates the outfit would ready all with lame excuses why it wasn’t. Finally two days before I had to leave for the wedding-the outfit was supposed to be ready he guaranteed that alterations would be done that same day. Unfortunately when I got there an outfit was ready but it was nothing like what I ordered. No I’m sorry from them just suggested that I come back that day and they would make something for me. NEVER would I return into that store. I had a vision as mother-of-the-bride which Sunny and Patty ruined. This is a horrible business deserve minus stars.

They are crooks! stay away!!! do not give these people your money. They are worse than gypsies! if you do make sure every detail is given in writing. They are nasty and try to get you for every penny. Tried charging $350 for a shawl made from dresses extra material. when we refused to pay he (michael the owner) tried to lower the price down to $100. (price dropped in less than 5 minutes) DISGUSTED by these people. so many more choices and boutiques. KEEP AWAY BEWARE!!!
