Platinum Payroll has been processing our payroll for the past 3 years and I honestly wished I had hired them sooner. Unlike other payroll companies that give you a ticket number for a response, Platinum answers all of our request and calls immediately. Hats off to Tina, Joe & Jenny, they really make us feel like we are apart of the Platinum team. Not only do they process all of our payroll needs, they prepare & generate the necessary audit reports without any hesitation and provide detailed reporting to us on a weekly basis. Platinum Payroll has provided superior service for our union shop for many years. Unlike our previous payroll processor, we now have a connection with their staff that makes it feel as if we are their only client. They have taken over so many tasks including audits, union reports & pesky paperwork & continues to make my job less stressful! Our company has been a client of Platinum's for about 6 years now.
