Today I had the pleasure of picking up a new vehicle from Ms. Laura S, which is my second purchase from her. I’m happy to say that it most certainly will not be my last. In a very tight market, Laura was able to get me a vehicle that was just what I needed, and she helped me negotiate a very fair deal. She worked to ensure that the only thing left for me to do on the day of delivery was for me to show up and sign. Laura then took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with everything before I drove off. I also had a wonderful experience with the finance manager Joanna, who made sure that I understood the terms of the agreement that I was signing and likewise put me at ease. To recap, in a market where both sellers and buyers are dealing with tight supply, I got a very fair deal for a vehicle that I absolutely love.
