        Today the screen on my phone was damaged beyond repair. I went to the AT&T store at 47 Northern Blvd Great Neck. Steven Matthew took the time (and patience) to get my phone working just enough to transfer all my data to a new phone. Since I have medical equipment linked to my phone, i needed this compled today. His help today was invaluable. I will always use the Great Neck store. Thanks again Steven.

        Lonny at great neck location spent HOURS patiently helping me with my phone and watch issues. Never had customer service like this! Best store ever

        My wife and I went to this store 3 months ago to purchase new phones. We were told that they had a special promotion. If we signed up for Direct TV they could lower our bill for the combined service to less than what we are currently paying. Upon calling ATT to discuss my wireless bill I asked what my charges would be if I cancelled the Direct TV. I was told that there would be no change as there is no requirement to have Direct TV to get this price. They also added "ATT Next" to my account )$12 month extra) even though I told them that I didn't want it. They get bonuses if they upsell you additional services / products. Buyer Beware! I was able to get all fees and the Direct TV credited back to the start date.
