        Recently visited Dr. John Garafalo of Great Neck, a wonderful dermatologist. As always, I received the best care from him and his entire staff. My appointment was on time, and his staff was very pleasant. I am happy to say all my concerns were handled and resolved, and will happily go back for my 6 month follow-up. It is nice to know there are some great, doctors and nurses , caring for us all the time.
