Royal Floral made my dream wedding come
to life. My husband and I were stunned by the Jose work. Jose and his whole team are the most honest people. They made my wedding experience so beautiful and not stressful. Jose is a man who is willing to work with you and your budget without any shady business. He went above and beyond! Him and his team truly made me a happy bride on my wedding day!!

Today, in the morning, I placed an order for same day delivery for my boss's birthday. I thought to myself, WOW! She's going to love it! When 6 PM rolled around and my boss hadn't mentioned the delivery, I started to get concerned. I called up Royal Floral Designs and asked what was going on. I was told (and I quote), "Oh the employee in charge of checking the online order computer system didn't come in today so we didn't make any". EXCUSE ME? IN 2024 YOU HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE CHECKING YOUR ONLINE ORDERS?? I expressed my disbelief and then was put on hold for EIGHT minutes. Upon returning to my call, the man said "HI!!" as if we were old pals. Sir, I cannot begin to express that we are NOT friends. I said HELLO I AM THE CUSTOMER WHOSE ORDER YOU DIDNT FULFILL AND PUT ON HOLD FOR EIGHT MINUTES. He said "Oh yeah" and asked for my phone number so he could "call me back". I said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I begged for this misery to be over and asked for a refund. Imagine my sheer disbelief when this man asked me WHY I wanted a refund. YOU NEVER MADE MY ORDER FROM 10 HOURS AGO I WANT A REFUND. He then told me he would "make it now" and "deliver it soon". I told him in no uncertain terms that I want a refund because I don't trust him and will take my business elsewhere. He said "Oh you don't trust me? Okay!" I then asked again for a refund and was told that he doesn't know how to process refunds, so I took it upon myself to go through my credit card company to dispute it. Awful service and experience. Take your thoughtfulness for flowers elsewhere!
