This was an incredible experience I called at 5 pm for flowers for a proposal and she delivered and did a beautiful arrangement with free delivery at such a reasonable price! So grateful!

Ordered flowers through them with rush delivery for 2PM same day - flowers did not get delivered and paid extra for them to be delivered early. Called them - florist claimed they attempted to deliver the flowers but my girlfriend left early for the day and wasnt there. Also claimed they called my girlfriend ahead of time but she didnt answer. My girlfriend is a school teacher and doesnt leave until 3:30PM. The time she got the call ahead of time was 3:24PM asking if she was still at the school. When I told them I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the flowers delivered the man refused and said the bouquet was already made and we will deliver tomorrow. Had to go through Amex to dispute the claim to get my refund. Avoid these con-artists.

The owner was so personable and helpful during my time at this gorgeous flower shop! I enjoyed every moment there and all of the workers were fabulous with my order! I will definitely be going back for my next event!!

The worst service and even worse customer service! placed order online and received order confirmation yet FLOWERS UNDELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY I also made several attempts to call and make sure that all was ok but there was no answer at the number on the confirmation until 17:30 on Sunday when I was told they "have no more flowers". I suggested that they make it up to me by sending the flowers the following day and once again I'm told "we won't have any flowers tomorrow". The icing on the cake was the refusal to take any responsibility whatsoever!! What a creep! Kept repeating over and over that they "didn't receive the order" (placed through their website)!! Like, too bad, it's not my problem. Beware, this is a very poorly managed operation ... the recipient may or may not receive your flowers!! MY MOM DIDN'T RECEIVE flowers on MOTHERS DAY this year thanks to Great Neck Florist.
I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
