Danny and his crew members are a team of professionals, and they strive to make sure that customers are satisfied with their works. He keeps his promises and willing to spend more time on details. In managing our basement renovation project, Danny provided options and he was quick to respond to our concerns. In addition, the project leader William and his staffs were diligent and careful with their works. They were punctual and polite to my family. I would recommend Danny and his team to anyone who is trying to find a reliable and qualified contractor for home improvement.

Vintage Homes and Danny are phenomenal. They are trustworthy, professional, detail oriented, prompt and ethical. Danny really cares about his client's satisfaction and takes the time to get to know the family so that he can best accommodate his work around everyone's situations. Danny is a reflection of his foreman, workers and subcontractors as all of them are professional, honest, hardworking and courteous. We are more than satisfied with his work, staff, and timeline and would highly recommend Vintage Homes to any of our friends and family.

I recently completed construction on a new single family home in the Forest Hills Gardens area. Vintage Homes was the contractor I used because he came highly recommended by my architect. I found Danny, the owner of Vintage Homes to be great. Besides having to deal with the NYC dept of buildings we also had to get architectural approvals from the Forest Hills Gardens Architectural committee. There was a bond set up on the exterior construction of the home. Danny understood and helped in every way to make that process go smoothly. We had to deal with many different approvals and everything passed. I could not have done it without Danny's guidance and expertise. One of his greatest attributes is that he always gets back to you. Whether by phone, email or text. In addition he always kept an eye on the sub contractors and scheduling their work. This project would have never come to completion without Danny. I would always recommend Vintage Homes, especially for high end and complicated projects if you want it done right.

Reliable, detailed oriented and responsible. Undertook, several major home improvement projects, outdoor and interior of which all went very smoothly. Professional, quality workmanship and on timely manner. Interfaces very well with architect/decorator. Highly recommend. Will use them again without any hesitation.
