        I just came here for a haircut and was told at checkout that the haircut was more costly than I expected because of longer hair. I calmly asked the lady at the front desk to explain why (I consider my hair to be on the shorter side) and she right away became rude and started shouting. Her tone was completely unacceptable and when I asked her to speak politely, she said something like, no because your people are always trying to get away with this, which I thought may have been a racist comment because Ive never been to this salon before. Even her coworker (the hairdresser who cut my hair) told her to calm down. I wont be returning here again, and management should speak to this woman about her attitude.
