Cathay Express Transportation/ Ambulette

I needed ambulette services for a family member at the last minute and searched for services that had a decent Google rating. I came across Cathay Express and their 5-star rating so I called. I spoke to "Yung" and he pulled a few strings and was able to get an ambulette to me within the timeframe I needed - 2 hours. The driver was incredible - he helped my family member into their wheelchair with professionalism and followed me to our destination and helped transfer my family member to the facility's wheelchair. Cathay Express Transportation came through for me, within budget, and with great professionalism. Thank you!!!

I struggle to find a company to help my nonna down staircases inside home for appointments. I call lots of handicap companies in nyc and all of them charge too much! I call the company cathay express transportation and they send 2 strong men to help my nonna down the stairs. I call company for pickup coming home and they was fast! I will always be grateful and use your services. I sorry for bad english
