Was hoping warranty would cover phone from manufacturer errors (horizontal strips on my screen were not registering when touched). Paid extra shipping so the company could get it before the warranty expired, then I found out that they do not cover screen repairs when clearly it was not working without any visible damage to the screen. I had to pay over $100 dollars to fix it, it takes about I have waited for a week and a half, and I'm still waiting because they haven't done anything yet to fix it. WORST BUY!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! I have worked with the other company my phone has with insurance, and they are much better. Asurion will send you a replacement for less than what it will cost you time and money for this lousy business. And all you have to do is sent your phone back in the package the new phone comes in. Again, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. There is a reason why they have no stars in ANY of their ratings.
