Residential Contracting Services, RCS, is a professional, residential design build firm located in Hauppauge, New York, It was founded by Edward Licalzi in 2011. The firm is committed to design excellence, planning, and construction administration with the objective of producing a completed project that the client and RCS team are proud to advertise. Our firm has designed and master-planned many notable projects locally in the New York state and South Florida area. We provide our clients with a full scope of design services, related consultant coordination for pre-design and design phase, design phase through construction, documents, and administration. RCS also promotes "green technology" with an emphasis on saving energy and natural resources while using healthier, smarter, and safer materials & finishes that are a natural alternative in a better-built environment.
