        This is my Happy Place!!! Between the instructors and everyone who goes there it's pure awesomeness. It really is a home away from home. Everyone cheers you on and supports one another. Lauren who is the owner really has something special with LI Dance Fitness and that's because she is really just the absolute BEST!!! She makes you want to push yourself and when you do she's there with the biggest smile cheering you on. Without her I would never thought I would be where I'm at in pole. I recommend LI Dance Fitness to everyone I meet. So if you're interested in pole, silks, lyra and hula hoop this is the place to be and once you do you'll never want leave.
