        If you want to get in shape, lose weight, tone, or build muscle this is the place for you. You must do a one on one training and be consistent. All you need to do is show up these guys got the rest.

      Dynamic Fitness LI

      The only workout studio that offers something for everyone! Our classes are efficient, packed with energy, and led by a group of drill instructors turned motivational trainers. Those instructors ride the momentum created by the facility's boot camps into various other workout regimens, including Our New Ninja/Gladiator training course, self-defense classes, spin class and Zumba. We even have personal training for brides-to-be. And lets not forget about new moms! We understand getting back into shape is not easy.
