    I dealt with these creeps a number of years ago and was completely dissatisfied. After I posted a negative review of my experiences on the Rip Off Report, Steven Spitz, the owner of this two-bit company, responded by calling me a liar and posted my home address. I could have responded in-kind by posting HIS home address (which I was easily able to obtain), but I refused to lower myself to the level of this piece of human excrement.

    Absolutely one of the WORST shopping experiences I ever had. I have been shopping online for years and have never had such poor customer service. I thought I was doing something good by shopping locally, but to be honest, next time around I am going to keep it at Amazon. I ordered a pet carrier and the despite the dimensions being the same as my current carrier, my dog did not fit in it. I tried to return it (spoke with Sue) and I was informed that they do not accept returns on these items because of mange and ringworm. It hasn't even been 24 hours since I've had the bag. Regardless - had I shopped through Amazon, I could have easily returned this $150 bag without a hassle. As far as I am concerned, if you are going to shop here, make sure to check out their return policy, because their list is hefty on what they don't take returns on. CAVEAT EMPTOR. I'll NEVER shop here again, and I will actively go out of my way to make sure none of my pet-parent friends shop here as well. Simply awful customer service, lack of understanding and now I have a $150 garbage bag. Take your money elsewhere, seriously.

    That review was obviously written by one of the owners. Don't bother showing up there because you will be rudely turned away at the door and directed to their website, where their prices (even without including shipping) are quite a bit higher than retail (either chain or specialty) or other online outlets.
