Trophy Depot

If I could give negative stars I would base on my one and only interaction with them. I ordered the image on the left below, rushed it to have for an awards ceremony, paid almost 35 in shipping as it was needed. (Yes that is on me) However the wrong item was sent (image on right). When I emailed about this I was told I HAD to call M-F 9-6. I work in a customer service call center and CANNOT call during their business hours, why offer an email for customer service if you cant use it? I explain this and ask them to fix their error. Whoever is replying tells me, not sure as the email is not signed at all, states "We are currently out of stock on the 1 trophy, you ordered we can put up item and do a refund .You will have to be called on Monday to discuss , what # is best ?" If you were out of stock of what I ordered WHY was I not contacted prior to it being shipped. Where were my options? It was decided for me what I was getting instead. As they are not willing to assist with correcting this without making me jump through hoops for their error I will eat the cost of this myself and toss this incorrect award in the trash. Absolute horrible customer service. Never again! Save yourself the time and headache, the low prices just are not worth it.

Based on the recent 1-star reviews, I almost didn't place my order. But, I have to say, I'm glad I did. I placed the order over the weekend. I received an order process confirmation on Monday. It's Thursday and I just received the order. It's high quality. It was packaged well. I will use them again.

We ordered two months ago and our order still says pending. There is no easy way to cancel. I reached out to customer service and nada. Stay away and order on Etsy instead.

Wrong item? 25 days for shipping? I placed an order for 3 medals with 2 lines of engraving. It took TWENTY FIVE days for them to arrive (after I had to call twice about where the order was) only to find they are not what I ordered. No one contacted me to tell me what I ordered was out of stock and that they were sending something else that looks like something a child could make. No compensation other than we can take them back and refund your money. My event was 2 days ago, I will regretfully use the ones I was sent but will not be using Trophy Depot again for anything.

I placed an order and was sent the wrong medals. This was a time-sensitive order and although I called immediately and was told what to do to correct the order, after three weeks I have received no response to my calls or emails and no direction on how to return the incorrect order or receive the correct order. Very disappointed.
