1/2 hour late for doctor appointment pick up, 2 hour wait for return. Gave the old "flat tire" excuse. Never again!

This company so unprofessional and uncaring some of the worker looked like someone they just pick up out of the street. They are late the inside of some there truck are unkept. The ride is scary and uncomfortable. They use the same sheet for different patients.

I booked 2 trips with these people. They were over an hour late for my first trip causing us to miss a very important appointment. The second trip they were 45 minutes late for and made us extremely late for the second appointment. They were really helpful when I was booking but after that every person I spoke to for a pick-up update was so rude and acted like I shouldn't be calling when I was waiting for an hour past my pick-up time. Such a waste of time, won't be using them again.
