I was a Traffic Supervisor at JFK Airport for G4S. I began with an Account Manager that seemed to be very stressed out constantly. I assume this was because the client named IAT was always complaining about the traffic conditions at the terminal. Although he was very insistent on quality of job performance he was fair and likable. Eventually G4S fired him and brought in a new account Manager that no one liked. He had an assistant that no one liked either. They were both very arrogant and in the mix a lot. However they would rarely accommodate employees with any help and failed many times to give decent and adequate personnel per Shift. They began hiring and firing many regular guards and changing many directives making things much worse. They showed favoritism to some guards and not others and would withhold information. They played a lot of unnecessary games to the detriment of the guards and their ability to provide efficient work. Eventually many guards just stopped showing up for shifts because of these two managers. The Account Manager even showed a guard a video of himself in a sexual situation with someone he was dating. Very unprofessional. I eventually resigned because of the unprofessionalism and unscrupulous behavior going on at the work place. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever work at this company as long as they allow people like this to be in charge.
