I'm so disappointed because in 6 weeks your company has scheduled countless appointments with me and nobody ever showed up. Your company didn't even cancel the appointments. You guys just NEVER came and I took time off from work waiting like an idiot for someone who never came and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. The last time this happened was two days ago -- Monday. The appointment you guys gave me was for "Monday between 1 and 4". Sure enough, nobody came. And my family and I have been six weeks without being able to use a brand new dryer from Electrolux, technically still under warranty. I am done with G&G Appliance Service. I spoke with Electrolux at length and they replaced my dryer with yet another brand new one. I hope your company goes out of business soon because that's what it deserves. Please do forward this message to your superiors and tell them that this review will be online on Google and Yelp! imminently.

They were suppose to come out on Saturday(3/18) between the hours of 12pm and 4pm which they did end up coming out but the technician didnt have all of the parts he needed to fix my stove and I was not informed of that until he got to my house which wasnt until after 4pm. I waited around all day not knowing that they werent going to be able to come in and fix my stove. I called them this morning(3/20) to let them know that someone should of called and informed me about them not having the part and was the person on the other end hung up the phone on me.

Kathleen the service manager has terrible customer service, hangs up on customers, doesnt help resolve any issues. We have scheduled 6 appointments to get our refrigerator compressor replaced. The company dropped the compressor off to our house, and just left. No communication from the tech, no communication from the service manager, come to find out doesnt have freeze on which is something I guess, but why wouldnt that have been ordered for the last 5 appointments that were scheduled. How does this company stay in freaking business, Ive never had this terrible of a service.

I'll reassess after the repair but thus far scheduling, communication and just a basic respect for the customer is at a tremendous deficit here. Hopefully they at least properly fix the problem. I will update after the repair. Service: Microwave repair

Washer purchased in Home Depot, still under protection plan. Asurion (Allstate) assigned G&G. Our concern: washer is high efficiency with a dial that includes 'Deep Water Wash' setting for larger loads, but last 2 uses on this setting resulted--for the 1st time in 5 years--in very low water level, some clothes remained dry. Tech said he had zero information on the claim I submitted (and the 30-minute troubleshooting I went thru) so I explained again. He immediately blamed me for overloading it, said drum isn't supposed to be loaded over a certain height (he indicated with his hand), but also said the machine is smart enough to apply the appropriate amount of water relevant to the weight of the load. He showed me the 'tiny' motor beneath the drum. I explained the water always filled way higher than his hand. He then said if there were any errors the machine would produce a corresponding error code (it hadn't). He seemed to reset the computer then departed since the machine passed his tests: filled with some water, spun then drained. He couldn't tell me what the 'Deep Water Wash' setting is for, then, on a machine that he claims is smart enough to supply water commensurate with weight. I cannot adequately describe nor comprehend his condescension (I sure hope it wasnt a bad mood bigotry). I asked for his business card but he dashed out without providing one. The 1 star is only for replying the very next day after I called Asurion. Surprisingly awful experience.
