If I could give Zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time with this Law Firm. They do not return clients calls. You can never get through to Mr. Hopkins when you call. You leave messages and he never calls you back. Doesnt keep in touch with the other partys lawyer. Very unprofessional law firm. Please do not waist your time.

After two years of procrastinating planning my last will and testament as well as estate planning; I finally called Bailey & Bailey, LLC. The law firm came highly recommended from my NYL agent. Im so proud I finally called; the consultation, the communication and the diligence was very impressive, but most importantly it made me feel confident I made the right choice. The process was less intimidating than I expected and I really appreciate the attention to details and the time that was taking to explain the process. I can finally say I have some peace of mind in regards to documenting my last wishes and gifting my children beyond my passing. Im thankful for the service that Bailey and Bailey provided to me and my family as we sold our family home in Queens, NY. Mr. Lamont Bailey, Esq. provided guidance and expertise which made it possible for me to handle the entire transaction remotely. Mr. Bailey also patiently answered every question that I and my family posed, using his years of experience. I could not give a perfect rating only because in the end I did find a few misspellings, errors, and inconsistencies in the documents that were prepared. I would advise anyone using any legal service to carefully read, review, and ask questions of every document and communication that you receive, in order to catch mistakes and avoid missing any important instructions.
