I would not book here again. It was very unprofessional. I booked the hall for 2pm and when i arrived the hall wasnt even ready yet. My guests walked into an unfinished party. We had no chance to set up anything and our tables were not able to be set the way we wanted. It was a horrible experience for me and it was supposed to be a special day. If you book a hall for a certain time and there was a party the night before the owner should know to show up early to clean before the next party starts. Thats not the way to run a business. I honestly felt like i should be refunded for atleast an hour cause my party started until 330. On top of that the air conditioner was not working and being that it was summer and i was pregnant it was unbearable. We had to go buy fans so that our guests were comfortable. The owner didnt seem to care at first and then decided to call the ac company when we complained. If you knew it wasnt working from the day before have it fixed and dont think customers will just be okay with a broken ac. I will never rent here again. Also why book a place being reviewed by the owner and family here.
