This company is a bunch of crooks, they don't even deserve 1 star. Please don't waste your money. Secure coverage with reputable company (NOT Complete Home Care Services). They refused to cover the very first service request to repair my washing machine, claiming pre-existing condition. My washer started smoking and making banging noises way after 30 day waiting period. I bought my policy on August 30, asking them right away if they need to check all appliances and systems to make sure that everything is operating properly, prior to issuing my insurance policy. The salesman, Jerry Simmons, assured me that there is no need for inspection, they will cover all systems and appliances as is, regardless of age. AND if for any reason I am not happy with their service, they will issue a prorated refund, depending on how many months the policy have been in place. No mentions of cancellation fees. Bottom line, they refused to cover the very first needed repair, DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM Complete Home Care Services, your home systems/appliances will not be covered when needed.
