I just left here and canceled my appointment because the elderly Spanish lady that is at the front is arrogantly rude, loud, and obnoxious. I was here years ago and the experience was great. So I tried it again today. First, they had no restroom and were directing me to use a public bathroom blocks away!! When I walked it was exactly 3:15, so I knew it would be a wait but 45 minutes later I was still waiting. I gave my and my son's health card. I was told mine was not active so I sat down trying to get healthy first to see what was up. My baby was going about not being rude or loud. While was on the phone she started shouting if I needed a pen and paper for him. Ignore her as she could see I'm on the phone. She proceeds to be dramatically rude to me by speaking to another customer. The customer knew was me she talking, and she turned and looked at me with a smirk. I asked my son to ask her how long and she was so loud you could hear her from the crowded street. I canceled my appointment and left. If she has an issue being equally respectful to all customers they should put her in the back!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this glasses store. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to acquire a glasses that will provide myself with the best optimal comfort.The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and the overall service was efficient. I highly recommend for anyone in search of quality eyewear and excellent customer service to go to Eyes Of Jamaica they're the best
