I had some concerns about the water quality in my home (brown staining on appliances and plastic glasses), so I called ADK to see if I should have a purifying system installed. The gentleman listened to all the issues, and advised me how to remedy the condition by myself, even giving the exact specifications for a system I could install without a pro. He actually talked me out of an expensive purchase!! You just can't get more honest than that.

I called thinking this was a different type of service because where I live in Old Howard, the water main broke and they were trucks from NYC contractors fixing it for hours. I didn't know I was calling a private company that does something completely different but MATT WAS RUDE AND SOUNDED STONED AND ACTUALLY TOLD ME HE HAS GINO'S HERO DELIVERY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR HIM LIKE AS IF I NEEDED TO KNOW THAT. MATT ALSO WAS SUCH A BUFFOON WITH THE WAY HE SOUNDED AND SPOKE to me.

Matt & his staff are punctual & professional. They help my company maintain our water cooling tower. Our water/ tower have never been cleaner since i started working with him!! Thanks ADK!!
