        I started taking yoga classes once a week with Julia as my stretch/rest/recovery day while training for my first triathlon. Since then yoga has changed my life not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and psychologically. This is not a trendy yoga studio - this is a diverse community of people from all walks of life who exude love and acceptance. Whether you are looking for a great workout or a time-out from the chaos of the world - this is the place for you!! Sundays are extra special with Indian chai tea served after class!! Your first class is always free so everyone should give it a try no matter what your level of knowledge or fitness is. I love this place, and I owe so much of my spiritual and physical health to yoga!! Namaste!!!
