This past year has been challenging. Mr. Merriweather has been my greatest supporter in making sure that the job goes according to plan. He does what it takes to guide and support his clients.

In my opinion, I cannot believe there is only one bad review for this company, which Parish Merriweather runs.  First lets get something straight, he is not an architect, He is a so claimed Consultant and he pays someone to rubber stamp his drawings.  He has a very bad reputation at the Queens DOB and will undercharge you to get the job.  Just remember, you get what you pay for.  Do not trust this little trollman as he will end up in the long run costing you more money that you are saving and you will probably have to hire a real professional architect to get your job completed and signed off like I did.  He was not able to close out my permit and ended costing me thousands of dollars in performing additional work that did not need to be done.  I regret using him and as the other reviewer stated "BEWARE!!!"  See attached links proving this mans integrity.  leagle.com/decision/1988… and decisions.courts.state.n…

Perish is just a bull-shit guy, he said he could do many thing...but me as a customer of him never get response after I paid. Just NOT USE THIS GUY! BE AWARE of him, Perish. He just take all your money and not doing anything. I spent $3000 and the job couldn't even start!This guy should go to jail and close his business!

Absolutely agree with the review above. This guy is a idiot. Either he is retarded or just plain stupid. He dosent know what he is doing. I paid him up front for a demolition plan in april of 2011. It suppose to take 1 month to do this. It is now January of 2012 and still nothing. He cant keep his employee for more that a month. They are rude and never pickup the phone. He never answers his cell. He is hiding. This guy should go to jail for doing this to people. Im going to take legal action and have him pay for what he did.
