        Today I took exrays and the lady who took my exrays was knowledgeable and kind, funny and professional. The doctor who looked at my exrays told me what was going to be my next steps and he explained everything and allowed me to ask questions and has answers to my questions. I enjoy going there because from my first visit to my second visit today I was treated well by true professionals. Happy Good Friday, people. Have a blessed day and weekend.

        I had the pleasure of my first appointment at this dentists office today . From my initial entry to the reception area, I felt welcomed. Lovely greetings by all .. even as I was escorted to the examining room. All the ancillary staff it was very conforting. And Dr Jake Shapiro who I have heard wonderful things about . Our visit was brief - thank goodness -no problems -certainly look forward to working with him. A really wonderful experience - wow ! Who feels that way at the dentists office . Thats how it is here!!!

        Everything was really good, Dentist was gentle & understanding. He explained everything he was going to do & if something may hurt. So I'm not surprised. Today I had an Onlay put on my tooth. Dentist told me what it is & was great. I love my Dentist and team.
