Eternal Fleur

I purchased an arrangement as a gift for my wife and am so disappointed with the flowers we received and more importantly the customer service. The flowers (eternal roses in a vase) had a completely overpowering perfume smell, so much that we couldnt put them out anywhere. They must have received an overdose of the scent that Eternal Fleur uses. We kept them in a closet for a week to see if the smell would dissipate; when that didnt work, I contacted customer service. EFs co-founder, Sarah, sent me a surprising response. Her email suggested that we just didnt like their proprietary scent, rather than acknowledging the reality (or even the possibility) that there had been a problem with the order. Sarah offered to sell me another arrangement at half price. She also offered to exchange them at no cost, but only after EF received the old ones back from me and she made clear that this would be a big favor (a one time exception, all sales are final.) Something was getting lost in translation via email, so I tried giving her a quick call to simplify, explain that the flowers were beautiful apart from the major odor issue, etc. I left her a voicemail, and I replied to her email with the same info/questions. Sarah didnt respond to my VM or email. Days later, I sent another email to customer service and Sarah. She replied this time, but rather than acknowledge or engage with my attempts to resolve things, she simply asked if Id sent my flowers back to their warehouse yet. I tried one more time, explaining that she had not provided the warehouse address or responded to my prior email/questions. I havent heard from her in a week, so I assume Im not going to. I thought Id be ordering from EF multiple times. (I created an account with this first order, and the Jardin collection looked perfect for my mom.) Really disappointed that Eternal Fleur did not want me as a customer, and baffled by the whole experience.

The flowers are stunning. The shipping is SO fast! AND, Customer Service is impeccable! If you are contemplating, just do it! The flowers smell heavenly and add such a nice touch to any room or occasion! so unique, can't wait to fill my home with lots and send them to all my friends for special occasions!
