Serio's Cleaning Ctr

Serio's has been our neighborhood cleaners for at least 40 years. They provide excellent, reliable, and reasonably priced services of both cleaning / pressing, and alterations with integrity. Don't go to any other cleaners!

I dropped off 3 items to be dry cleaned and the man who took them acknowledged that there were 3 items and gave me a ticket for around $13. When I went to pick them up I gave the lady the ticket, she grabbed my items and when she rang it up she tried to charge me around $20. I told her the ticket said $13. She tried to say that they forgot to charge me one item on the ticket. This is the second time I've been to this establishment where the same thing happened. I explained to her that this wasn't my fault, that when I dropped off my items the man who took them acknowledged there was 3 items, and the ticket clearly said $13. I explained to her that the customer is always right...she didn't seem to care. She basically tried to not give me one of my items until I paid the extra money. I don't know what they are trying to do here but this has happened twice here. They're trying to rob people and that's not right. Definitely recommend going somewhere that the people are honest.
