This company is very unprofessional. I called and had appointments scheduled twice and the technician was a no show. They are very inconsiderate of people’s time, incompetent and the supervisor is no help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone, waste of time.

Worst service ever, they charged me 750 for the Oven part almost a month ago and then they never showed up again, calling texting 20 times a day but no answer... Stay away from them and ı will file the suing paper by tomorrow morning

Sorry to say we had a horrible experience with Pride Heating and they’re staff. We asked for them to come and check on a fryer and range, so that we can accurately quote the service that needed to be provided. kudos to they’re Technician Rob ( Robert) very professional helpful and understanding. But this is where it gets better we automatically got charged for the service of fixing the ranges oven without the job being done. When I called the office I asked to speak to ( Mark) which was the main guy / owner. The guy I spoke to about the service that needed to be done and his “cousin” Tony picked up the line besides his rude and bad manners over the phone he was very unprofessional handling the question that we had about being charged in advanced without a proper invoice. Making me want to rate “PRIDE HEATING” a zero. After the not so professional conversation I still asked that Mark ( The Owner) be in contact with me as soon as possible. Which never happened. They still charged the ticket price even though they never finished the job and even after a claim to my bank they reclaimed the ticket. These are not professional business practices I guess the legal route is the next step. Sorry my business was not good enough for “PRIDE” as the owners cousin said over the phone. I’ll keep that in mind to tell everyone I know.
