I was fortunate enough to find out about Ratschko Wallace PLLC from a friend when I was looking to sell my business. This was my first time selling a business and Imke Ratschko made a very complex process simple all the way through. She was very professional, great at explaining each step of the process in great detail, and straight to the point. She was also easy to reach and timely to respond when questions or concerns would come up. I would highly recommend Imke to anyone seeking a business lawyer.

I met with several attorneys before I was invited to Ratschko Wallace offices. It was not a fun process to say the least. There were instances where I paid just to have someone from the office hear my case before I got to speak to anyone who might have answers. I can complain on and on about how it felt impossible to have an attorney fully explain the services they could offer without ambigious terms or lofty promises. When I met with Imke Ratschko she was patient and thorough with my matter. After what I am sure was careful consideration I was offered a proposal that was quite clear about the services I would be recieving. In life there are no gaurenteed outcomes but I can at least say no matter what happens that my voice was heard because of the efforts of Imke Ratschko. I am truly thankful for the help.
