        1 teller working and clearly dealing with a situation with another customer but did not even acknowledge me standing in line waiting for over 15 min. Poor customer service and Ive been noticing this with Bank of America in general. I came on a break and couldnt be serviced in a timely manner, now Im walking to another branch as a result. Poor customer service by the people working inside of the bank. The only nice person there who took the time to acknowledge me and help me was the security guard. Please promote him, your business will do well with someone like that.
