There are 5 people waiting in line , but only one caller working behind the counter, I waited there over than 30min to change some singles , terrible service here

I've had A++ experiences over over the past 3 years at this branch for my business accounts and Merrill Lynch personal. Warm, professional, efficient team from the manager to the tellers.

Just today, I went to the teller to get an exchange for a damage bill. Its only just one person working in the teller. Its nothing serious but what happen to me today, just made me not want to come back. Its understandable to refuse to make an exchange for a reason. But dont start giving people a nasty attitude over something like this. So as I got to the teller, I hand him the damage bill. He looked at me and asked me, where did you get this? I told him that, the store gave me the change. Then he said, We dont do exchange, go back to the store or get out! With that nasty tone. I never did anything wrong but just hand him the damage bill for an exchange. Its like hes accusing me of being suspicious but keep in mind that, I kept my composure. But with that kind of service, I wont make my next trip back here. Dont come here.
