        I walked in directly, and the manager facilitated a perfect connection, which really surprised me. This was the best North American banking service I've experienced, and Jay was very professional in setting up my account.         Sidney is one of the most professional financial center manager I have ever met. He knew exactly what I wanted and got it done quickly. If you go to this branch, I hope you will work with Sydney. I was lucky to meet him today. I also liked the ambience of this branch. The staff greeted all incoming guests. I will definitely visit this branch again. They did really great their job. Thank you!

        Thwre was No line but waited 15 minutes to see a teller. So if you are in a hurry don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
