the ATMs door was locked (yes me and several others tried with our cards so its something to do with the door itself) which defeats the purpose of the whole thing. hope they fix it soon

Walked in to do a wire transfer. I was told to wait. Sat and waited for more than 30 minutes still didnt get help for a simple wire transfer. I couldnt wait longer and walked out. Considering to switch my bank.
