Made an appointment for NYE which was accepted the day before. Due to the shop's location, I had to seek the escort of a police officer to walk me to the entrance for my appointment as it's in the closed off area on that day. I arrived to discover that the shop was closed. I telephoned several times, no answer. No one contacted me to say that the shop would now be closed and I was left with no one to do my hair prior to attending a very expensive, once in a lifetime event. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed.

Overpriced and misleading. They say a gel manicure is 22 but then say that's only gel acrylics. This is 35 and they really do not do it. good job. Huge waste of money. After tip and an extra fee on credit card is was 44 and they look terrible
