        Malt & Mold is my favorite beer and cheese shop in Manhattan, although, to be fair, they carry so much more! They have a sandwich of the day, which are always perfection. Their cheese selection and cheese platters are incredible. (The Secret de Lys, a cows milk from France might be the best cheese Ive ever had.) They carry everyday beers and specialty beers (like Goose Island Bourbon County Stout) and, if youre so inclined, have a mug club! This is the perfect store to pick up quick food-related gifts or treat yourself. Lets be honest - I typically treat myself! Word to the wise: Get the chocolate-covered corn nuts and thank me later! Truly a gem of a store and the owners, Kevin and Caitlin, are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people.
