I just love Perline chiropractic! I can never get enough. I go every week for my prenatal pelvic alignment and would go every single day if I could Shelley is incredibly knowledgable and with an amazing sunny energy which always puts me in a better mood. Im in my 3rd trimester pregnancy and havent had any real back pain issue, thanks to Shelley!

Dr. Shelley is an incredible chiropractor. She is talented, knowledgeable, and, basically, a life saver. I suffer from chronic migraines, along with neck pain, and she is an integral part of helping me prevent, reduce, and treat my headaches. I have referred friends, family, and colleagues to her. She is also one of the few chiropractors in NYC who is highly skilled with using both activator or low-force techniques, as well as more traditional chiropractic methods. Her office manager, Christine, is also amazing at accommodating same-day appointments and making sure you don't have to wait once you arrive.

Due to working from home during COVID-19, I developed severe lower back pains to the point that I could barely sit for an hour at a time. After months of suffering and trying pain medicines, muscle relaxants, and patches, my doctor recommended I seek chiropractic support. I could not be more glad I found Dr. Shelley and her practice. When I first started going to her, my back was a complete wreck and I was near tears in pain. She took a scan of my back and showed me what a normal back looked like and I was way off the charts. After a few months of consistent support and working on stretches and exercises at home, I feel like a new woman!! We did an updated scan of my back after four months of treatment and it is truly transformed. I can sit all day at work (not great but if I have to) with ZERO pain. I have loved working with her. She is always prompt and courteous and Elena at the front desk has helped me with issues like appealing to FSA. No going back now Im hooked!!
