Kate Spade Office

I am highly disappointed with Kate Spades handling of a recent customer service issue. My husband incorrectly entered an E-Mail recipient for a large gift card amount. On 2021/12/24 immediately after we contacted customer service. The representative informed us that they would be able to change the E-Mail and rectify the issue. We have since waited for confirmation of this. Today 2021/12/26 we contacted customer service again. This time VIA chat. The representative was unwilling to resolve the issue and informed me that the previous agent had not made the promises revisions. She was unwilling to give me the gift card number, add it to the account or work with me towards any solution. When I asked her to verify the address for corporate she abruptly ended the chat. This represents Kate Spade in a very negative way. I am currently on the phone with a representative and have been on hold almost 40 minutes. Their overall handling of this issue brings to question their professionalism, integrity and overall concern for providing exceptional customer service. To date the issue remains unresolved. We are in contact with our bank to dispute the transaction. I am deeply saddened by this the Manner in which this has been handled.

Very frustrating, ordered a bag on Sunday, Thursday the day its supposed to be here I get an email the order was canceled due to lack of stock. One hour later they sent out another email promotion with the item I had ordered???? Called customer service and they are of no assistance!
