Any attorney can research the law, write a brief, and call themselves an Appellate Attorney, Scott Horn is so much more. He thinks through issues, and works with you to win your case. Whatismore, he will turn away work if he thinks the issue is not ripe for an appeal. In my 30+ years of practice Scott Horn has been very successful representing my office as Appellate Counsel on a variety of matters.
