Target on 117th Street is still the best. I should take a star off because they don't open until 9am and the other Targets open 8am. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to assist me. I've always gotten a great deal on the store brand merchandise called Up and Up. I love the inexpensive clothes. I'm always getting my seasonal clothes at Target for less. I bought a bunch of tank tops last summer. The clothes last a long while. This store is huge and clean. I could spend a fortune in here. Definitely Five Stars.

Seemed to be a lot of empty space on the shelves and a lot of items weren't there even though it said so via their website. Staff took a while to open more registers so we could all pay and they could close...long wait time. Overall, big store with options of things.
