        I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Valentine’s Day and they delivered a potted plant I could have picked up at IKEA for $5. I contacted customer service and sent a photo of what I received; they first asked if they could replace the delivery, and when I asked for a refund they offered me half of my money back and finallllllyyyy when I made it clear that was NOT satisfactory they agreed to refund me the full amount. There are so many excellent alternatives (like Urban Stems) that deliver consistently gorgeous arrangements, on time, every time, I don’t think there is any reason to deal with / take chances with this company.

        Ordered three separate Mother's Day arrangements for delivery on Saturday (day early). One arrived on time. The second arrived on Mother's Day. The third did not arrive on Mother's Day. Called that afternoon. On Monday, received email that delivery could not be made until Tuesday. A complimentary upgrade was offered. Requested and received a partial refund. Delivery not made Tuesday. Called on Wednesday. Was told there was an issue with the flower selected and, after agreeing to a modification of order, that delivery would be made that day with a complimentary upgrade. It was not. On Thursday, received an email advising that delivery would be made same day with complimentary upgrade. Responded that complimentary upgrade already assured the day prior and requested a further discount. Reply was that delivery would be made with complimentary upgrade. Delivery not made. On Friday, requested a full refund.

        Do not waste your money here. They contract out to local florists who will create a bouquet that looks nothing like what you ordered and the flowers will die in 5 days. Their customer service is not helpful
