Over-indexed my expectation on the hotel/room. Everyone was extremely kind, including Chaena the GM and her cleaning team! Would I stay here again YES! without question. Clean, and roomy. Thank you Kasa, you made your home mine for my short stay! Best, Jim

The room was clean and we had plenty of towels. Once we worked out to wait for the green light once you have put the numbers in the main door, access in and out was easy. It was nice not to have a key to carry around. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine. Location was excellent everything seemed 11 mins walk away. Definitely recommend

I stayed in the Classic Queen room. Overall, I was disappointed with the room, for the price. It felt very basic, like a motel, and there were some maintenance issues, especially in the bathroom. There was a big water damage spot on the wall, ugly old industrial metal door that needed paint, and a dirty shower curtain, also the tub didn't drain at all and filled with water when I took a shower. On the plus side, it's a great street, quiet, and the room has nice decor. The bed was pretty comfortable, but squeaky. It's an old building, which I like, but that does mean if you have an upstairs neighbor you hear footsteps and everything very loudly. Luckily my upstairs neighbor was quiet during the night, but it was very loud at first. They do post signs about quiet hours, which is nice and appreciated. I would gladly stay here again if they fixed the maintenance issues and at a better price, looks like I paid a bit more than at other times.

Gross and you can hear everything in the room. Mold all inside and around our AC unit. Not clean. Cheapest mattress and bedding. Good location and it was nice that shampoo and conditioner was provided.
