        Great location, rooms were clean and well appointed. However, I have never slept to terribly in a hotel before. That mattress was the most uncomfortable piece of cement that has the audacity to be passed off as a place to relax, and the pillows offer absolutely no support. Two days later and my back and knee are still recovering. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 More

        Good location in Chelsea area, small room yet nice size bathroom.

        This hotel has some great points and some not great points. The great includes the location (a 3 minute walk from Penn station, across from a police station), Goldies Restaurant next door, a big lobby with cafe for working, and pretty nice staff. The not so good points are the rooms are in need of a little refreshing. The furniture was really dinged up, the carpets were a bit sad, and the bathroom didnt feel squeaky clean. It wasnt bad, just not my fave.
