My loan was recently transferred to this company with a shared deceased identity....after reading all these horrifying reviews I don't know what to expect next! However I can't blame Shellpoint since the dirty scheme began with the original lenders in NJ, Then when I reported the title companies and lenders they closed down and transferred my loan multiple times since 2015 causing me great hardship being known as 84 years old born in 1938 with no credit cards... And before you know it you are paying outstanding penalties for medical bills I never had causing my payments to drastically increase Well played. Don't become a victim.

The most pathetic servicer on the planet. They ruined my credit because my father couldn't understand their pay by phone system because he is an immigrant and I was away for my honeymoon. It was my only late payment but second month into my marriage these money hungry savages ruined my perfect credit that I have been working on since I was 18. Now I am married and can't buy a home for myself. If you ever see Shell point mortgage servicing as your servicer tell your lender to get rid of them and find you any other servicer, do not get that mortgage.

This company is the worst, they have been taken advantage of customers doing the Covid-19 crisis. (Adding on to 30year Mortgage).. Not good business..
