I signed up with Marco a couple of months ago. He is very helpful and has been very attentive to my campaign from the beginning. He is very professional and with his team goes above and beyond to help us get our name out there. We just started on our campaign but I think we'll have a great year now that we finally have help managing our online brand.

We've been using Vivial for a while now for our marketing. They schedule monthly support calls to go over our monthly progress and you get a live dashboard that you can log into 24/7. Our original rep Marco has been very supportive as well. When we signed up he didn't just pass us off to some other department, he actually stays in touch to give us extra support when needed. Hiring Vivial has allowed us to save time on trying to figure out the marketing (a subject we know very little about) and instead, focus on our business. Since signing up with Vivial, we have noticed a definite increase in our online visibility which has allowed us to get in front of more customers than in previous years.

We finally took the plunge with Vivial after we decided that it was time to get our marketing house in order. Marco was our initial point of contact at Vivial. He reached out to us on the phone and scheduled a free consultation call with us. At first he listened to what our marketing challenges were and then he asked us what our business goals and objectives were. Next he made some recommendations and we decided to move forward. Even though we have our own account manager, Marco continues to keep in touch with us to offer additional support and advice. Great SEO company. Saw a lot of keywords move up over the course of six months. Have seen an increase in business. Work closely with the account manager and sales rep. Feel like they have a vested interest in our business and care about their customers.

My husband and I started using Vivial’s services a few years ago. We started small and then added more to our marketing program over the years. They’ve helped us with getting our business name and number in front of more customers in our local area by using both paid and organic traffic. At first it was slow but as the months went on, more and more people were finding us. Before Vivial, we were nowhere to be found. Now people find us and our phone rings on a regular basis. All of our marketing is managed in a convenient dashboard we can login to whenever we want. Our sales rep was amazing and my account coordinator checks in with me every month. My one complaint is that over the years we have had to switch account coordinators a few times. But I guess people move on to different departments.
