I tried to give them a chance multiple times post-pandemic, but the service remains terrible and often the sanitary conditions are suspect. Regarding service, the workers rush you through the process and are generally not friendly or welcoming... You are a cog to be moved as fast as possible on the assembly line, even during off-peak hours. Intensive customer service training could help here. Similarly, with regards to sanitary conditions; I have witnessed "cross-contamination" by means of mixing and mingling serving utensils, marrying fresh food with food that has clearly been sitting out for a long period, and wiping "stray" pieces that have fallen on the countertop back to the food sources. Dos Toros is on my Do Not Return list.
