I paid Mr. Segall $300 to file my personal income taxes that I could have done better myself (with or without TurboTax). The IRS just contacted me for $5,000 in back-taxes and interest from that year because critical forms were not filed. I was able to clear this up with the IRS myself on the phone - some hours of inconvenience and worry, no big deal. However, I was paying to have my taxes prepared because I trusted this office knew better.
