I am sure this BI company does a great job catching fraud and waste that occurs in the dental industry. However, I have also experienced the iron curtain they can put up when denying legitimate claims due to their standard of proof being extremely narrow with other industry approved forms of proof being denied. Seems to be a great "review board" used by insurance providers to filter claims through in order to deny claims on the most trivial of matters.
