        I have worked with Ron over many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. He holds his clients to the highest standards and delivers time and again. It is common and consistent at the beginning of every transaction, that the client needs to respond in a timely manner and pay fees to avoid having the file be auto-withdrawn from the system. Mostly everyone understands this but some do not.

        I had a very bad experience with Ron. Generally entitled, disrespectful and aggressive, he withdrew my loan without authorization as I wasn't available to respond to him on a Friday (which was my first vacation day in a year). I would definitely not recommend him.
